Returns and complaints

RETURN OF GOODS 

Taking care of your satisfaction, we give you the opportunity to return the product within 30 days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason. Information about the return should be provided by: by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@extra-lables.pl, by calling the number: +48 695 843 372 or use the model withdrawal from the contract.  In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we refund the cost of purchasing the goods and the equivalent of the cheapest shipment. More information about the procedure for withdrawing from the contract can be found in the Regulations of our store.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods in accordance with applicable regulations expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment with the goods ordered by you. For the sake of your comfort and satisfaction, we extend this period in our store to 30 days.

The direct costs of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

We do not receive that we do not collect parcels on delivery.

Return of goods purchased on FV only after acceptance by the seller.  

How to return goods in Extra-Lebels.pl?

In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods, within 30 days of receipt of the shipment with the goods ordered by you, you must inform us about the decision to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods by means of an unequivocal statement. The statement should be sent in writing to the following e-mail address: info@extra-labels.pl

To complain about consumables (labels, tapes, PVC profiles, shrink sleeves) you should:
