Brother Label Printer Service

We provide our customers with full warranty and post-warranty service for Brother label printers.  If you have a problem with your device and need help, please contact us.

1. Contact Us

We will determine whether you can repair the defect yourself, because the problem is, for example, a contaminated head or it is necessary to replace the cutting element or you need to send the device to a service center.

Label printers Brother are covered by a standard 2-year warranty, Brother offers you a FREE ADDITIONAL YEAR OF WARRANTY AFTER REGISTERING THE DEVICE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S WEBSITE. All information regarding the extended warranty Brother can be found HERE

2. Send the device free of charge to the Brother Service Center

Warranty repairs of BROTHER devices are carried out at the BLASC Service Center in Warsaw or at the user's headquarters throughout the country (depending on the type of warranty / terms of the contract).

In the case of ON-SITE repairs carried out at the customer's premises, the repair should be reported REPORT REPAIR.

For warranty repairs carried out at the Blasc Service Center, after reporting the repair , the equipment must be delivered to the Service Center in person or via UPS courier at the expense of the Service Center.

The Blasc Service Center guarantees free transport of the device to and from the Center

If you use courier services, please remember about:

  • packing the equipment in the original or protective packaging together with appropriate fillers.
  • on the consignment note you need to specify the value of the shipment, in order to insure the equipment (the cost of insurance is borne by Blasc). The BLASC Service Center is not responsible for damage caused during transport.
  • making sure that the courier has marked the shipment with the label "monitored shipment 'W' and 'attention glass'

In order to deliver the equipment to the Blasc  Service Center via courier, please contact UPS at 22/534 00 00 and make an appointment with the courier at your convenience. Please remember to provide ups with the BLASC Service Center customer number -  0RF739 and the type of shipment you are ordering: STANDARD.

THE EQUIPMENT TO BE SENT SHOULD BE ATTACHED :

  • Correctly completed valid Warranty Card
  • Copies of proof of purchase
  • Exact sender's address along with postcode, e-mail, telephone number
  • Data (name and surname) of contact persons (necessarily e-mail)
  • Device name and model
  • Device serial number
  • Detailed description of the fault
  • Determination of the method of returning the equipment after repair (own collection or courier)
  • Exact return address
  • Specification of attachable accessories
  • VAT number (not applicable to private individuals)

A correctly completed valid Warranty Card contains: The name of the device, the date of its sale, the full serial number of the device and the number of the sales confirmation document

3. Wait for a response from the service

Immediately after receiving the device, diagnostics will be carried out. If, after the expert opinion, the repair is not qualified as a warranty, you will receive the correct information by phone or e-mail. 

Equipment sent by courier must absolutely be insured.
